Framatome releases 2021 financial results AtomInfo.Ru, PUBLISHED 19.02.2022 The Framatome brought the volume of new orders to 3.702 billion euros in 2021, follows from the published materials of the company. For comparison, in 2020 this figure amounted to 2.872 billion euros. The machine-building division (Installed Base Business Unit) of the company strengthened in 2021 its position in the North American market. In addition, deliveries of equipment for the Angra-3 unit under construction in Brazil continued (deliveries were made from the German enterprises of the company). The Instrumentation and Control Business Unit grew in 2021 through the purchase of Framatome Grenoble (535 employees, previously owned by Rolls Royce Civil Nuclear). The Fuel Business Unit increased its market share in North America and also signed "significant" long-term contracts in Europe. The volumes of production at the Romans fuel plant correspond to the nominal values.
