Mobile generators were tested at Dukovany NPP AtomInfo.Ru, PUBLISHED 25.12.2014 The test the functionality of four new mobile diesel generators was held on December 18 at the Czech nuclear power plant Dukovany. Since October Dukovany NPP complements its diesel generator stock by four new mobile units with a capacity of 350 kW each. The test of its functionality was held on 18 December. During training, the generators were deployed and connected to those groups of consumers for whom they are intended. The consumption of one generator is approximately 80 liters of fuel per hour. The generator is equipped with fuel tanks, the tank capacity is 500 litres. In addition to the main tank, the kit includes a reserve tank of the same capacity.
