EU Dangerous Nuclear Plants Need Euro 25bn Upgrade

Stress tests carried out at the EU’s 143 nuclear reactors have revealed "hundreds" of problems that could need between 10 billion and 25 billion euros to fix, according to a leaked EU draft report.
