TEPCO has started draining the second batch of tritium-contaminated water from Fukushima

TEPCO started on Tuesday to drain the second batch of tritium-contaminated water into the ocean from the site of the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant.
The draining works will last for 17 days.
According to the telegram channel RIA Novosti, in August Japan reduced exports of fish and seafood by a third, to 31.1 thousand tons. At the same time, 15 countries and territories have completely stopped purchases.
