Nuclear fuel for the NPP will be delivered in the summer

Nuclear fuel will be delivered this summer to the site of the Belarusian nuclear power plant, told reporters deputy energy minister Mikhail Mikhadyuk before the meeting of the Collegium of the Ministry of energy, BelTA has learned.

"Usually fuel comes for a month and a half before the start-up of the reactor. The fuel is prepared… I think in summer we will deliver, specific date to be determined as necessary".

"If we assess the current degree of readiness, this will take place in late may and June, as planned" - said Mikhail Mikhadyuk.
