Atomenergomash Acquires 51% Stake in Chladici veze Praha, Czech Cooling Tower Manufacturer Atomenergomash, PUBLISHED September 17, 2011 OJSC “Atomenergomash” have completed the acquisition of 51% stake in Gardea, a.s. (Czech Republic), the 100% owner of Chladici veze Praha, a.s., Eastern Europe’s biggest producer of cooling towers for nuclear and thermal power plants. The respective share purchase agreement was signed in Prague on September 7, 2011. "The acquisition of control stake in Chladici veze Praha enables us to offer a full range of services for the organization of the cooling system for our clints in nuclear power, thermal power and oil & gas industries, - said CEO of OJSC Atomenergomash Vladimir Kashchenko.
