Rosatom CEO Alexey Likhachev held talks with chairman of the China Atomic Energy Authority

In accordance with the existing agreement, on December 13, 2023, Alexey Likhachev, director general of Rosatom state corporation, held talks with Zhang Kejian, chairman of China Atomic Energy Authority, at the construction site of the Xudapu NPP, located in Liaoning Province.

Alexey Likhachev and Zhang Kejian discussed all the main issues of bilateral cooperation, including cooperation on the construction of power units No. 7 and No. 8 of the Tianwan NPP and power units No. 3 and No. 4 of the Xudapu NPP and the supply of equipment for the Chinese CFR-600 fast neutron demonstration reactor, as well as promising topics.
