CNNC domestically developed industrial internet platform enters commercial application CNNC, PUBLISHED 25.08.2026 The Longbi® industrial internet platform, independently developed by China Nuclear Control Systems Engineering Co., Ltd. (CNCS), a subsidiary of China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC), has recently been successfully deployed. This platform provides a robust digital foundation for China's nuclear industry. As China's first domestically developed industrial internet platform designed for high-security nuclear applications, Longbi® features a fully domestic technology stack - from chips, operating systems and databases to industrial applications - strengthening key technologies that support national energy security. Adopting an open "platform + industrial APP" architecture, Longbi® integrates cloud computing, big data and artificial intelligence, while connecting seamlessly with CNNC's Longqi® and Longhe® DCS systems. Compatible with a wide range of industrial equipment and sensors, it enables end-to-end data collection, real-time analytics, intelligent decision-making and integrated cybersecurity across the country's entire nuclear industry chain, including nuclear power, nuclear fuel, nuclear chemical engineering, and nuclear technology applications. The CNCS R&D team overcame more than 20 key technical challenges, including domestic hardware and software adaptation, advanced cybersecurity and data integration across heterogeneous systems. Since its launch, the platform has increased software engineering design efficiency by 50% and test execution efficiency by 20%, while enabling full lifecycle quality traceability and 100% compliance verification. Validated in real-world industrial operations for its stability, security, and practicality, the platform has achieved successful deployment, marking the transition of Longbi® from internal pilot projects to large-scale commercial application across the industry.
