Mr. Alexey Likhachev, Director General of ROSATOM, met with Mr. Almasadam Satqaliev, Chairman of the Nuclear Energy Agency of Kazakhstan, in Moscow on September, 27.

The parties aligned their positions in detail with regard to the current and promising topics related to construction of the first large NPP in Kazakhstan, including establishment of the contractual and legal basis for the project.

The meeting was arranged within the framework of the World Atomic Week held in Moscow on these days and associated with the 80-th anniversary of the national nuclear industry.
