The first group of operational personnel of Zhangzhou NPP successfully passed the license exam

The first group of operational personnel, who will work at units No. 1/2 of the Zhangzhou NPP (China), successfully passed the license exam.

Operators will be employed in the China National Nuclear Power Zhengzhou Energy Co., Ltd. company. A total of 41 people took the exam.

The exam was divided into four parts - on-site testing, passing test tasks on the simulator, written and oral testing.

The construction of units No. 1/2 has been underway since 2019 and 2020, respectively. The electrical capacity of the units is 1126 MWe each. The HPR-1000 reactors are installed on the units.
