After the collapse, about 15 thousand tons of construction debris remained from the 80-meter structure. Both dismantled cooling towers belong to the Biblis-A unit. The dismantling of two cooling towers of the Biblis-B unit is scheduled for 2024. The PWR reactors are installed on two units of the Biblis NPP. The net electrical capacity of the units is 1167 MWe and 1240 MWe, respectively.
