IAEA distributed Iranian response to DDG report

On Monday, June 15, 2020, a regular meeting of the IAEA Board of Governors will begin to work remotely in Vienna. The agenda, inter alia, includes the issue of Iran's implementation of the safeguards agreement in relation to the NPT.

The IAEA Director General issued a report on the Iranian issue on June 5, 2020.

In turn, Iran disseminated document INFCIRC/936 through the IAEA channels, in which it outlined its arguments.

The Iranian document recalls that the IAEA is implementing a large-scale program to control nuclear materials and activities in Iran. Only one fact. in the period from 2010 to 2019, the share of Iranian inspections in the general IAEA inspection program increased from 4% to 20%.
