These data are presented in the PRIS database supported by the IAEA. Another 52 units have the status of the being built one. Since the beginning of 2019, six units have been connected to the grid - "Shin-Kori-4" in South Korea, "Novovoronezh-2-2", "Akademik Lomonosov-1" and "Akademik Lomonosov-2" in Russia, "Taishan-2" and "Yangjiang-6" (both China). The construction was started on three new units - "Kursk-2-2" in Russia, "Zhangzhou-1" in China and "Bushehr-2" in Iran. Nine units were permanently shutdown - "Bilibino-1" in Russia, "Genkai-2" in Japan, "Pilgrim-1" and TMI-1 in the USA, "Chinshan-2" in Taiwan, "Ringhals-2" in Sweden, "Muehleberg-1" in Switzerland, "Wolsong-1" in the South Korea and "Philippsburg-2" in Germany.
