Short circuit at forty kilometers from the Kursk NPP had no impact on plant operation

The media and social networks of the Internet reports are linking the short circuit at a substation in the Northwest area of the city of Kursk with the operation of Kursk NPP.

These messages do not have a basis in reality.

The Kursk NPP is operating normally. All four existing unit was operating and no violation in their operation was detected.
