Rostov-1 is disconnected from the network

The first unit of the Rostov NPP in Russia has been disconnected from the network at November 29.

The thermal power of unit has been reduced to 10%.

There was not any violation of limits and conditions of safe operation of the equipment.

This event is rated as "out of scale" on the INES system.
