DP RAO received the license for Kozloduy-1/2 decommissioning

The DP RAO company has received the licenses for the decommissioning of units 1 and 2 of Kozloduy NPP from the Bulgarian nuclear regulator, AtomInfo.Bg wrote.

The licenses were given to the company's management by the Chairman of the Bulgarian Nuclear Regulatory Agency (NRA) Bulgaria Lochezar bones at 27 November 2014.

The validity of documents is 10 years.

The Kozloduy NPP in Bulgaria consists of six units. Two units with VVER-1000 reactors are in service, while four units with VVER-440 were stopped by the political demands of the European Union.
