Russia, Vietnam Discuss Investment Projects RIA Novosti, PUBLISHED May 16, 2013 Russia hopes to finalize a list of more than 20 priority investment projects it is planning together with Vietnam, Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said on Tuesday after talks with his Vietnamese counterpart Nguyen Tan Dung.
