Rosatom to train 60,000 international specialists RIA Novosti, PUBLISHED October 04, 2011 Russia's state-controlled nuclear corporation Rosatom has announced that by 2030 it is going to prepare up to 60,000 international specialists. Aside from domestic projects, Rosatom specialists are now taking part in constructing nuclear plants in Bulgaria and India. Rosatom is currently establishing an international education system for nuclear specialists. The first training campus of Rosatom is located in Obninsk, Kaluga Region.
