The inauguration ceremony was attended by Communications Department Director of ROSATOM Sergey Novikov, Deputy Governor Olga Karlova, Vice Speaker of the Regional Parliament Alexey Kleshko, Vice Mayor of Krasnoyarsk Vasily Kuimov, Head of Zheleznogorsk City Administration Vadim Medvedev, Head of Zelenogorsk City Administration Alexander Timoshenko, Director General of FSUE Mining and Chemical Combine Petr Gavrilov, Director General of JSC Electrochemical Plant Sergey Filimonov. The Krasnoyarsk-based center has become the ninth facility of the kind in Russia. It represents a cinema that integrates 3D panoramic projection, computer graphics and animation, stereo sound, interactive panels and personal displays.
