Text of the order #215-р from 22.02.2008, signed by Victor Zubkov, that approved the General plan of power industry objects placement till 2020 was published on the official web-site of the Russian Government.
Attachment #4 of the General plan contains the following approved data of commissioning and decommissioning of nuclear facilities in Russian Federation.
Till 2010 in Russia will be launched 1 nuclear power unit with VVER-1000 reactor, 1 nuclear power unit with RBMK-1000 reactor (if sufficient funds will be available) and 2 nuclear power units with KLT-40S reactors.
From 2011 to 2015 8 nuclear power units with VVER-1200 reactor, 1 nuclear power unit with BN-800 reactor and 1 nuclear power unit with VVER-1000 reactor will be launched in Russia.
Within 2016 and 2020 in Russia will be launched from 15 to 20 nuclear power units with VVER-1200 reactors, 6 nuclear power units with VBER-300 and 2 units with KLT-40S reactors.
Simultaneously 4 nuclear power units with VVER-440 reactors, 2 units with RBMK-1000 reactors and 3 units with EGP-6 reactors will be decommissioned.
