The Russian state corporation Rosatom will build the new head-quarter on Moscow's south-west part.
The head-quarter will have the total square of 300,000 m2 including 100,000 m2 for underground parking. The 32-floor office part of head-quarter will occupy 60,000 m2 where some 2,000 managers will work.
Near to the main office, several more buildings will be located in order to roof 4,500 personnel of Atomenergorpom, Rosenergoatom, TVEL and other subsidiary companies of corporation.
The four-stars hotels and student campus will be also built on the site. The total price of the head-quarter complex, which shall be ready till 2011, is equal to 30 billion rubles.
