Russian ministry of industry and energy Victor Khristenko spoke in the State Duma: "According to the government decision, in September we should present the improved general scheme for arrangement of electric power facilities in RF up to 2020".
He added also that now a set of documents are under consideration in the government in particular projects of decrees about abolition of cross subsidization and decommission of power plants.
Firstly the general scheme of power facilities arrangement was considered and adopted as a basis at the meeting of RF Cabinet of Ministries in the middle of April.
This general scheme supposes in particular to decrease gas segment in the structure of fuel balance of electric power down to 35% till 2020 due to increasing coal and nuclear power sector up to 31% and 20%, correspondingly.
