According to Rosatom press-center, the head of the Federal atomic energy agency (Rosatom) Sergey Kirienko said: "Establishing AtomEnergoProm state holding is going on as scheduled. Last week we sent documents to the government for consideration and we are waiting that Rules and Regulations of the holding, the executive body and auditing committee will be approved till the end of this week".
After this, according to Kirienko, one can register the corporation, and till August 1 the state-held stakes in 30 companies should be invested into the share capital of AtomEnergoProm, in particular, TVEL, Izotop, Tekhsnabexport etc.
Rosatom head Sergey Kirienko added that the process of sail of shares of Federal State Unitary Enterprises (FGUP) occurs parallel, which should be completed in November 2007. Thus the main stage of AtomEnergoProm foundation should be completed till the end of year.
"AtomEnergoProm" is being established as a vertically-integrated fully state-own holding company.
AtomEnergoProm will present on the Russian and world markets the whole services of nuclear-fuel cycle from design and construction of NPP to uranium mining and nuclear fuel manufacture.
